sorry, my fault, please post content of PortalLanguages table, especially "enabled" flag needs to be set for both languages.

 I sent already. you can see by download from http://ecb.ir/mahidesign-portal-localization.xlsx but there is no title when I copy paste to excel sheet :(

this looks fine, I fear there happened some upgrade issues, which make it preferable to restore previous backup and test upgrade on a cloned installation first.

Dear Sebastian
It's good looking after Restore backup 7.2.2 As you told me and now I want to Upgrade again.... and this will happen again... What is your idea? how can I do for Upgrade? I have to wait for NExt Release? 7.3.2 or 7.4.0?
