Hi,

 I have got folder which contains DNN  based website with all required dotnet nuke dll's in bin folder. I just want to setup this project. Wondering why can't setup with simply making application in iss server and run it from browser like : http://localhost/sitename..

 

Can some please comment

You can definitely set up DNN to run locally if you have the correct environment, the site files, and the database backup. Do you have a database backup for the site you want to host locally? If so, then just check out this video series on installing DNN and you should be able to get up and running.
