I can't seem to get the "Welcome to your website" pops to go away when I log-in on my dnndev.me

The pop ups keep flashing as I try and exit out of them.

Can anyone assist me with this issue?

there should be a checkbox in bottom left corner - but maybe your screen is too small to display it?

I think there is a problem with the actual code or settings. I don't press anything and the pop ups keep refreshing themselves on their own.

the welcome screen tries to access external resources, maybe there is some connection interrupted.
