It seems I have some kind of issue in the visualization of the Biography text field/editor when a user logs in and he's asked to update his profile before completing the login.

I added a new mandatory field (to accept terms/privacy) so for example when I create a new user and that user logs in for the first time, he's presented with the profile page to complete.

What I see  there is: http://www.hakkar.it/popular.jpg

All the "Bio" part is totally messed up. I switched to default gravity skin but the problem remains so I had a doubt this may be something broken with latest 7.3 and 7.3.1 updates. I have no exceptions in the event viewer so far when accessing that page.

Also I was wandering if it's possible to show in that page only the mandatory fields or fields that needs to be updated to proceed with the login. This would make the whole process far more usable.. since the reason behind this passage is to force the user to update/fill some fields to allow him to login I guess only those fields should be on screen (more intuitive than going around looking for red asterisk).

Which editor are you using?AFAIR, CKEditor fixed an issue in this area in latest release.

Hallo Sebastian, I left the default for now which should be the Telerik Editor, don't know if some other editor is default for the bio in that section... I know it's noob from me but where can I check it? In the profile fields for the bio? I went there but there is only "rich text" selected with no option for a particular editor.

PS. I inspected HTML and it should definitely be Telerik RadEditor (reToolbarWrapper class and other re classes around)

As the HTML editor is integrated via a provider pattern, the same editor is used throughout the site - or even all sites, as this is specified generally in web.config. You may specify the editor to use in Host > HTML Editor management. I noticed a couple of forum posts (about half a dozen just today) on this subject, i.e. it might be not a singular issue. I haven't faced it myself, as we are using CkEditor for all of our (clients') sites.
