After upgrade to 7.3.1 from 6.2.9 while in page management in admin section I get 404 - file not found for 6 or 7 references to a Telerik WebResource.axd. Other Telerik  WebResource.axd scripts work OK on this and all other pages. The 404 is only after selecting one of the pages along the left in the control.

These WebResource.axd are called from /Portals/_default/Skins/_default/WebControlSkin/Default/ComboBox.Default.css. This css sets the background-image for the little plus or minus sign.  These images are there when you first visit the page but after selecting one of the pages along the left, the little image disappears and Fiddler shows the 404s. The functionality of the control still works if you know to click the spot where the plus sign should be.

The site on IIS8, .NET 4, jquery 1.9.1 with UI version 1.10.3 and jquery migrate 1.2.1. This happens on 2 completely different DNN installations and  completely separate servers for 2 different clients. There were no errors shown during the upgrade. Both sites began as DNN 4 and have survived all the upgrades till now. I figure there's some conflict with either web.config or an old DNN dll or 3rd party module or some jquery conflict and I hope someone would have an idea.

this is a known issue with page management in IE11 - are you using that browser? We have fixed a few of these IE11 items lately, page management is one that is resolved in 7.3.2

thanks for reply - I'd tested in IE-10, FF-18 and Chrome-36. All 3 browsers have the same result.

can you please check the web.config and see what the assembly binding redirect says (it should be something like <bindingredirect newversion="2013.2.717.40" oldversion="2008.0.0.0-2020.0.0.0">
