Do I need to install the fresh dnn on server,or I can  copy my local files directly, please guide

no, just copy over files and restore database using SSMS (unless using SQL Server Express user instance DB).
Setup an IIS Website properly and grant File System permission (Modify) to the ASP.NET user, configured in Advanced Settings of the IIS App Pool, your website resides in.
Adopt both connection strings in web.config and make sure, the new domain name is listed in PortalAlias table inside the database.

Hello Sir,

 I just copied all the files to the server, but now it is displaying following message with url

http://gcci.infysoftwarecompany.com/Install/UnderConstruction.htm

This site is currently Unavailable

Please check back later

Sir that was my localhost webconfig connectionstring and same I had uploaded online, localhost site is working perfectly..

 mdf and ldf files are in app data folder, I did not create seperate database in local... please guide me so that I can run my website online.
