Right.
Good intentions alone can't produce code. And poor communication is the quickest way to lose customers you once had.

The reality is Scott has good intentions but no time to execute them.
But I still don't understand the silence. He pops in every 6 months, makes a forum post about all his grand plans and then he's gone again. 
It's so easy to communicate with your customers today via Twitter; it's really inexcusable to be so absent. And blatantly ignore customers emails and service requests.

 

So it's been another 6 months; That means we are due for the bi-annual Ventrian update about all the grand intentions and updates coming.  /smirk

What's even more incredible is that Scott also prevents the community ventrian of help and exchange new ideas! In fact it is more than six months that is no longer possible to login into support forum and countless reports made of the problem have been ignored.

The problem is that to date there are no viable substitutes to Property Agent! Below you can see the latest work done thanks to PA and I would have no idea how to do it differently!
