my site was running in dnn 6.2 and it was fine, but after upgrade it to dnn 7.3 it is too much CPU uses by sql server 2012 and site is not responding in time, it will take more.

Notes : in my site 178 sub portal is also there.

please tell me how i can run site proper so than sql server 2012 not take CPU uses 95% , right now it will take 95% CPU uses.

Could you try to find out what exactly is consuming the CPU resources?

Have you tried to execute some maintenance commands like sp_updatestats (https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-at/libr...) or rebuilding the indexes (https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com...)? - These sometimes cause miracles :-)

I would as well try to find articles discussing high CPU usage by SQL Server, like here: http://mssqlwiki.com/2012/10/04/troub... or http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10...

Happy DNNing!

You should run DNN 7.3.4, which includes a couple of improvements.
However, you need to identify the job causing the peeks, SQL Profiler might help.
How many users are there on your sites, how many pages?
For large numbers, my TurboSQL Scripts might be able to improve quite a lot, see http://dnnscript.codeplex.com
