DNN 7.4.0 and also DNN 7.3.4

Using the file manager, I am trying to create a new folder and choose the an alternate folder type (not standard). But when I click the folder type combo box to open it, it does not open.

It was like this in DNN 7.3.4 and I upgraded to DNN 7.4.0 and still have the problem. I have tried switching to the gravity and the Dark Knight themes and that did not help either.

What could be wrong? What can I do to attempt to fix the combo box so that I can choose another folder type?

Related info. Before noticing this problem, I had installed Mandeeps Cloud Storage provider. But have not been able to install it completely because of this issue. Uninstalling the provider made no difference.

works fine on 7.4.0 -ultimately the combobox is filled by a call to GetFolderMappings 0 (where 0 is the portalid) , so you might want to try running that in host->sql to see if it returns results
