This is my first DNN website and I am in need of some help please.  On the Host, Admin and any pages with list files all of the icons are displaying in the top left corner of the screen and not over and by their respective item. Please see image below.  I do not know why this happened or what to do to fix it.  Thank you!

Is that a custom theme, or a DNN theme?

It is a custom DNN theme from T-WORX.
