Thank for your reply.  private IP portal alias is192.0.0.11:801 and I tried with another private IP portal alias as 192.0.0.11:817. Both are working fine. The 192.0.0.11:801 is nated with public IP(pln.xxxxx.com).

What are the portal alias need to add for access through the public domain?

Once I set the portalalias as pln.xxxxx.com:801 then the home page is getting loaded, but when I click on any links from the loaded page it is again throwing with "This webpage is not available" since the URL is changing back to http://pln.xxxxxx.com:801/ContactUs. But when I manually remove the highlighted port in th URL its working fine for me.

Is there any suggestion for me to remove the port getting added to the URL?

Am I missing something here?

Thanks

Joseph.S

Is there some reason you have to use the port number internally. I have experience in what I think is your scenario (web server behind a NAT firewall and using port forwarding).

I know that it works if you forward to the same port. Ie internally use 192.0.0.11:80

So my suggestion is to look for ways to drop the internal port number.

Best wishes,
