In the user profile record what is SUPPOSED to be there with 7.4.1?  Is it the List.EntryID value or the List.Value?

In my portals still using 7.3.3, I am seeing the List.Value in the UserProfile for Region and Country....in 7.4.1, I am seeing List.EntryID in the row.

Regardless, the User Manager will show me everyone in Kentucky if I enter the EntryID for Kentucky - 269 but shows me nothing when I enter Kentucky.

So either the SP that pulls the list is missing the proper link to the Lists table or the User Profile is supposed to be inserting the List.Value instead of the Entry ID...

Joe has indicated that he is unable to duplicate the problem in 7.4.1 but it remains that there is a problem....at least in my portal.

Unfortunately, in 7.4.1 GetListEntryInfoItems(), which is needed to retrieve Country and Region elements works well when containing one parameter, such as the listname; i.e. 'Country'. However, when containing two parameters, such as listname, parentkey the method fails. My only recourse is to revert back to the deprecated methods or to write my own access to the list table.
