1200 secs mean 20 minutes - if the Cache persists longer, there must be a configuration issue or a bug in the System.
does it happen to this single module only?

maybe there is a configuration error on your IIS Website (e.g. dynamic Caching turned on)

I have turned off caching in IIS for the website, and restarted the server, the old versions still persist.

Hi Jim,

Maybe your app pools worker processes in IIS, check to see if its set to 1
