User hard self- deletion and edit Profile Properties

Hello,

I'd like to know what do I have to in order to let a user permanently delete himself/herself from a Portal without the administrator's help. I have read this article http://www.dnnsoftware.com/community-blog/cid/135520/user-deletion-management-in-562 and I was wondering if there is another way.

I don't know If the following matter appeals to the same reason but currently the registered users cannot edit their submitted profile properties, which is also an action available only for administrators. Can I enable profile property editing to registered users too?

hard deletion of users is no longer supported - there might be references blocking the deletion of the user record.

How about the user's profile properties? In my installation a user can't change his/hers location, telephone number and all the profile properties he/ she submits on the registration form. It is an action available only for admins. Can I change it?

modifying profile properties is usually available to each user for himself. Which DNN version are you running?

I'm running 7.3.4 and I'm using verified registration. The profile properties I'm talking about are set to be visible and required. Is there any other setting I'm missing?
