I cloned a site today to start working on a new site. Part of my procedure is to manually edit dbo.PortalAlias to include the new URL's for the test site.

While in that table, I am noticing random entries getting added to this table. These are NOT anything affiliated with my website. For example the primary domain is domain.com and the rogue entries are things like:

ip address/pma/scripts/setup.php
google.com
www.chinanews.com
hk.dv.nextmedia.com/actionnews/index

And about 150+ more. These have been happening over the past year and I haven't noticed anything. The site is on DNN 7.4.1

This is obviously a bug somewhere. I don't know if its my plesk environment, access to SQL (I don't believe I have remote connections to SQL open - PEN testing recently didn't show this). It would have to (in my opinion) be coming from DNN somehow.

I've tried to do some research via google to see if this is a known issue but my searches turned up nothing. Unless I'm not searching right.

So far this is the only site that I'm seeing this on. This is a dedicated server running Parallels Plesk 11.5 with about 40+ websites (all DNN) running. I have spot checked some other sites and they aren't doing this.

I have seen this before but not on this scale. I deleted them but they are coming back. Last time I saw this I did DNN core updates to see if that would fix the problem and apparently it isn't.

Anyone?

So I wanted to double check to make sure I wasn't posting anything I shouldn't be.  Here is a screen shot.  These range from as late as 5 or 6 months ago to today being the most recent.  I'm really worried.

remove all unwanted aliases and disable "auto add alias", which has never been a benefit for DNN usage.
