Hello,

I' d like to find a way to be able to show the password's error message while a user is filling the password's field and moving to the next one (password confirmation) as it happens to the rest of the properties. My registration form has 11-12 fields and if the user submits a wrong password he doesn't notice it immediatelly but he/ she has to fill the whole registration form until he notices that the chosen password does not meet the webconfig file's terms.

Is this something I can change?

You won't be able to change it without recoding the module. But, this would make a nice enhancement request.

email validation is done server side, because there might be different requirements per site. you may use a custom registration module, with client side validation added for this purpose.

For this sollution I have two concerns
1. I have allready used some profile properties (native and custom) which I exchange with an external system.
2. I have added some lines of code to the register.ascx file to convert the location fields to lat/ long.

Will I still be able to complete these actions with a custom module? If that can be achieved, would you propose a specific module from DNN Store?

I would write some javascript to observe and make sure the password meets the criteria, it's kind of a hack but I believe it would work http://codepen.io/ahsanrathore/pen/Wv...
