I am upgrading from 7.0.5 and I'm having problems with my custom registration page.  I created one back when the spam account registrations was a problem.  I tried upgrading to various versions up to 7.3.4, but my custom registration page never works after upgrade.  You enter information, click "add user" and it spins for a second, then...nothing.  It's never redirects.  Users are never created.  Nothing in the event log.  I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this.

I've tried the built-in registration with no luck.  I tried creating a new registration page with no luck. I tried just a very small incremental upgrade (7.1.2) and it's the same issue.  I left it at 7.1.2 because I want to get this working before jumping up to 7.3.4 or 7.4.x.

I just thought to try creating users as an admin and I can do that. I just can't seem to register for a new account.

OK, another issue...maybe related? I can't get into Site Settings.

this sounds like an inconsistency in the application, due to an upgrade not properly applied (not all files replaced).
Make sure to unblock the upgrade package in file properties, prior to unzipping the files contained.

Cheers from Germany,

Thank you for the reply.

I'm not sure I follow what you are suggesting. How to I unblock the upgrade package?

Here is what I did:
1. Extract upgrade zip to temp folder
2. Copy files into DNN folder
3. Selected to overwrite all files - completed without errors
4. Ran the upgrade wizard
