I upgraded tonight from very old 7.0.5 to 7.3.4.  Things are working okay except for the HTML editor (so far).  I'm getting this error.  I'm at a loss.  Nothing turns up on Google.

OK, I found out that (at least) the web.config changes did not apply, so this was a bad upgrade. I narrowed it down to running out of SQL pool connections, so I set it to a really high value and it looks like that did the trick...for this. I have other problems, but I'm starting a new thread. :-(
