Me neither :) a bit wrong choice of words. But anyhow, both DNN7 and DNN8 compatible forum versions are now fixed.

First, let me say - thank you for taking the time and effort to keep the core forums going! When I get this migration to Azure finished, I will see what I can do to contribute.

Here is what I tried and found:

1. I set the portal timezone to UTC which is the Azure server time and left the user time set to local. This had no effect in the forum. The time was still UTC.

2. In my Azure staging site, I installed Forum 5.00.5.1 and that did correct the timezone issue.  However, I noticed that 5.00.5 and 5.00.5.1 make some changes to the css for the Add/Edit page and the display post page.  My site is using the MinimalExtropy set to full.  This works great with Forum 5.00.4 and 5.00.3, but with 5.00.5/.1 the Add/Edit page become fixed at 45% and in the view post page the bar title of the post is broken up by a lighter color.  I'm not sure I can upload screenshots here, but will if I can.

I have looked through the CSS using IE debugger and it looks like the editor.ie.css is not being used in 5.00.5.   Is there an easy way I can switch this back in 5.00.5 so it looks the same as in 5.00.4?

Thanks again for you efforts!

1. Do you still have the Azure timezone setting in place? Take that away.

2. Would you be able to send a link to site where this is? If not here, then privately?

5.0.5 got some of the tweaks that were already done before I took over, I simply merged those back in. Not exactly sure by this description if those have made a difference, on my testing have not found issues with it.

I had removed the Azure timezone application setting.  And had retested using 5.00.4 and verified the issue remained.  I then changed the portal timezone to UTC which is the Azure server time reported in the Host Dashboard and verified the user timezone was local.  I then tested and verified the issue remained in the forum time display.

I then installed 5.00.5.1 and that fixed the timezone issue, but the Add/Edit and display post issue remained.  That was the main reason I did not use 5.00.5 for the production site.   If they have PM working here I will send the staging url to you.  You will have to register and then I will approve your registration in order to post in the forum.
