where are These users listed - in user list of site or host menu?
Unfortunately, some host users do have corresponding items in UserPortals table some don't.
With your help. I might créate and provide a new script on codeplex

Hi Sebastian.  listed in the users table in admin pages, as they are not a superuser so do not appear in host.

Image below shows the users list and the roles section where you can see the original admin has no delete option in either.  It would be useful for a script, as I am unsure of which tables I may need to also include on a delete from the DB

the missing waste bin indicates, that the original admin is still referenced as "Site Admin" for notifications in Site Settings.
