no, you should use reports module and query tables users, userportals, aspnet_users and aspnet_membership

Is it possible to send a notification to a user who has not logged in for a given period of time.  For example, if a user logs in on February 1st, and not again since, can Evoq contact (email, etc) the user on March 2nd with a reminder that they haven't used the system in the past 30 days?

this is not included in DNN default, there might be 3rd party modules (e.g. from datasprings) in the store, but I haven't had a need for it yet.
