We just upgraded our site to DNN 8.4.

When we upload a document version info is now automatically added to the url (e.g. pdf?ver=2016-09-21-163341-203).

Is there any way we can prevent this? It's not of critical importance but we prefer clean & tidy URLs!

I answered this via PM (and you confirmed), but wanted to post here so the answer was public for others to view.

You can find what you're looking for by going to Admin->Site Settings->Page Output Settings and unchecking Cachebust Resource URIs.
