Is there an event within the Evoq, to which I can hook up and do something if content has changed - added, deleted, updated? In particular I need to get - unique identifier of it, the content itself and (most importantly) URL or URLs to where this content is to be delivered.

We have centralized Elastic Search index which provides a centralized search for multiple micro-sites and apps, among our Evoq is one. So I want to capture this content in this index and provide ability to navigate to it by URL.
