I need add a large number of custom user profile properties. I see the profile property definition table has most of the information. However, there is a second localization step when adding a new property via the user interface. Where is that data stored? If anyone has done this before and can share a solid method I would appreciate it.

Hi Cliff,

There are at least two db tables where properties are stored: [UserProfile] and [ProfilePropertyDefinition]
It's worth to consider utilize DNN API to create new properties, rather that directly hit the database. Please look at this method:
DotNetNuke.Entities.Profile.ProfileController.AddPropertyDefinition(ProfilePropertyDefinition definition);
