Getting the below error when installing fresh DNN 9.2 in Windows server 2016, MSSQL server 2017. ASP.NET4.7.

Install likes an empty database when it starts.

Did you run it twice without clearing the DB between runs?

I deleted the first database, created a new database and then tried reinstalling, but still it failed with the same error.
