Sure, no problem.

1.  Open the IIS Manager.

2.  Expand it, and get into Web Sites.  Open the Properties of the web site in question.

3.  Click Home Directory.  At the bottom you'll see a drop-down list for Application Pool.  Make a note of it.  Then click Cancel to close the web site properties.

4.  Expand Application Pools, and right-click the app pool noted in step 3.  Then click Properties.

5.  Click the Identity tab.
