Hi I have a similar problem. When I try to navigate the folder tree I get

Line: 650
Char: 3
Error: 'dnn.controls.controls[...].setTreeNode' is null  or not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://server/Admin/Filemanager/tabid/64/Default.aspx

Using DNN 4.9.0 and IE 7.0.5730.13 but also get smae problem when using FireFox

I have tried to sync the folders but this has not helped

Ideally I would need to see a live sample of the problem.  If you could provide me access (jon.henning@dotnetnuke.com) it would help a lot.  If that is not possible, then I could also have you open the page.  Do a File -> Save As..  (Save as type -> Webpage, complete).  Choose an empty folder and zip it up and email me.  Also reference this thread in the email.
