Hi,

I am in the file manager module and none of the folders I created are being displayed. I have created a folder named photos using the file manager and created another folder by right clicking in the portals/0 directory itself. Both are not being displayed. Has anyone experienced this or would know how to correct this?

thanks, John

If you already clicked on the synchronize link in the upper right and still don't see the folders then you need to upgrade to 4.3.3

I would recommend upgrading anyway.

How do i do an upgrade? I read the documentation that is supplied, but it doesn't have instructions for 4.3.2 to 4.3.3 only for v3 to v4.

thanks, john

First do a backup.

Rename your web.config to web.backup.config

Grab the Upgrade package for DNN4.3.3 and unzip it over the top of your site.

Rename release.config to web.config

Copy anything unique from your current web.backup.config like connection strings, machinekeys, etc. to the new web.config

Access your portal through a browser.
