Well, it works!

If I create a folder with the gallery of FCK, then I am able to upload to it.

How can we fix this problem, so we can upload everywhere, also to root?

The points to check are:

1. Creating, uploading and managing the folder structure inside the image gallery
2. Check different users using different permissions to do what they are allowed to do (Security)
3. Test the simple fix included to avoid problems with the profile module

As you may know, safari doesn't work with FCKeditor. You can see more info here:

At this moment, I added some code to validate the safari detection and then go to a simple textbox like not compatible browsers
