I got the module to work on our intranet and had no real problems setting it up. However, the module does not pull the FirstName or LastName from the directory. When I go to the Users table, there is a value for UserID, Username, IsSuperUser, Email and UpdatePassword. No DisplayName is created either; however, I'm not too worried as I am willing to modify the AddUser stored procedure mentioned elsewhere.

Anyone know why the module would not extract the First or Last Name? I created an LDAP query using classic ASP to verify I can pull the givenName (FirstName) and sn (LastName) from our domain controllers but I can't do it with this module.

Thanks.

I'm having the exact same problem on a fresh install, 4.3.4.  Enabled ADSI authentication, logins work, but no user info is populated.

After some experimentation and installing DNN 4.03, it's clear to me this module does NOT work in DNN 4.3.4. I know it's not a core module, but if someone could actually get this module to work properly in DNN 4.3.4, it would be greatly appreciated.

It would be great to get this to work. I have over 800 users that will be using my portal and I would hate to have to manually enter the Display Name field for all of these users. Is there a workaround that I could use to concantonate the First Name and Last Name fields to create the Display Name?

I have the same problem.

UserName and firstname are not created. Then these use can't upload something in reposirity module because the username is empty and empty is not permit ! Of course in repository it is a read only field...
