I have a problem with .NET Framework Version 1.1.4322 on my server.

only framework version 1.1.4322 is installed on the server

 will give more information that will help resolving the issue.

I have take the following steps:

1) I have run the command :

aspnet_regiis -i

from directory 1.1.4322

2) I implemented what is written in article which explain How to troubleshoot Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installation issues on Microsoft Windows Server 2003
(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=830646)

3) I have monitor the register with RegMon

4) I have fixed permissions on the registry

but depite all of the above ,
The ASP.net which use framework 1.1.4322 still doesn't work.

after all what I did , now I see the following when I monitor the Registry :

The application which doesn't work is Dot Net Nuke (DNN , version 3.2) , The problem is not connected to DNN because all the sites which use ASP.net result in crashes of the application pool and nothing can be seen in the browser.

for defining 'not working' , I see in the browser error which says : Service Unavailable

under event viewer I see the following error :
