I am totally new to DNN.

I have installed and got the base install up and running. Now I want to create a new parent portal with a completely different URL name and don't seem to be able to get it working.

Details:
For now this is in intranet installation.

Working install http://slciwdev4/dotnetnuke - which has a root directory located in d:\inetpub\wwwroot and a VD dotnetnuke located in d:\dnn\dotnetnuke\website.

I want to make another URL http://attydnn go to the new parent portal.

I have created a new parent portal but whenever I try and setup IIS6 Host Headers the only thing I can get to come up is http://attydnn/dotnetnuke and it's the same as the original portal not the new one.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and assistance.

Michael...
