John, I’m sorry you feel as if you’re not getting support responses quick enough.  I’ve responded to your post on the DNN Forums as well as the forums on OnyakTech.com days ago.  I’ve also responded to your emails and your support requests.  Since everything seems to be worked out (except for one item that is on hold pending your response) I didn’t bother to waste time calling you.  However if you feel differently you may contact me directly using the direct line in the emails I’ve sent to you over the past few days.  I’m sure all of this could have been avoided if OnyakTech support was more responsive, but as I said before this is not the norm.  Usually you will get a response within a few minutes, if not then that same day.
