Hi There,

I'm hosting on powerdnn.com and was extreemly satisfied with theirs service for my needs and probably will be in the future. This morning however, my customers complained that my sites are down. I tried to go to my controlpanel at powerDNN just to find out that their portal is down as well. Also "keepaliveforever.com" is down, hence I did not get the automatic down warning.

Does anybody have a clue whats going on, I tried their phone but no ring tone. I'm getting concerned...

A host with greater than 99% uptime still will have occasional periods of downtime for upgrades and system maintenance.  Four hours of downtime in a 30-day month is still around 99.46% uptime.

Their site is up as are all of mine. I have 5 sites with them and not one site was reporting any downtime in the last 24 hours.

According to Host-Tracker, that pings KeepAlive.aspx every 15 minutes on all sites I develop, none of them have been down in the time frame your experiencing.

Maybe it was just the server you're on.

Unfortunately PokerDIY and Smart-Thinker.com were taken down by the same outage - with PowerDNN. It's unfortunate, but they are normally pretty good, so it's acceptable once  ;)
