I cleared a few hurdles with getting the GalleryPA_3[1].0.10.zip installed, and running properly in my DNN 3.1.1 world (including the gallery maintenance tool).  I spent a bit of time last night putting photos in a few albums.  Everything seemed to be fine.  This thing is pretty nifty.

When I try to view the pages today, I get the following error when I surf to the page containing the gallery module:

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

How do I diagnose/debug/fix this?

I'm having the same problem.  I installed it fine yesterday on a clean install of DNN 3.1.1.  I put in several albums with many photos, and it was working great.  I try to access it today, and all I can see is

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Same here, it seems to work for a little then just dies.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it worked for a few minutes.  How did you fix the maintenence issue?

I find that if I re-install the module, I am again able to access my albums, but then 24 hours later the error comes back.
