Thanks. I was wondering if creating lots of app pools for what is essentially the same application was a waste of precious memory, but it sounds like it is OK.

For what it's worth - I'm seeing this same error on 4.3.5 installed on 1AND1 shared hosting service.  search the general forum for '1and1' for the other thread.

CT offers to install DNN for you - it may not be the most recent version but they darn well better make it work if they do the install.

(I don't use CT for DNN but am considering it based on input from some associates)
