Hi

I got this huge error when tried to install the editor under dnn435.

I am using latest dnn ver 435, with the latest 006 provider of FCK.

After copying the provider and bin folders to the dnn installation folder, and changing the web.config as mentioned in the readme. and get it when trying to see the editor (like from the text edit option of the annoucement module).

To make it sure, I have installed a fresh copy again, and still getting the same error. frustrating...

Look How ugly it is:

HELP!

k

Found the problem, it's a coding bug...

Some coder changed the html code in this version, and the quotation marks in the file controls/texteditor.ascx are kind of... strange...

So change this (Ln 10) -  note the marks around celTextEditor and Server:

<td id=”celTextEditor” Runat=”Server”><asp:panel id="pnlBasicTextBox" Visible="False" Runat="server">

With this:

<td id="celTextEditor" Runat="Server"><asp:panel id="pnlBasicTextBox" Visible="False" Runat="server">

Hope it'll be fixed on next release...

Please log it into the public issue tracker, core team and team leads will take care of moving it into the appropriate private tracker.
