Hi there,

I am wondering if there is anyway to add a link to a file that you be common to all my portals?  Just want to avoid to upload the same file to every portal if possible.

Thanks

This is not something that can be done with the links module. It is only capable of linking to files with in the file repository for that portal. What you could do however is place them within a folder, not DNN related, and then reference them as a regular HTTP link.
