Does fck provide an interfcae for selecting a link to an internal page in the site - just like standard editor

ie. drop down list of pages

Is it possible to extend the link interface

For example- we use Document Exchnage module - it would be good to be able to link to a document by selecting a document from the library?

Yes FCK is able to link to internal pages like the standard editor.

We would have to look into extending the interface to see if something like that was possible.

There is even more. You can create your own interface and use it just configuring the link browser URL. So, you can use the controls you want.

By the other hand, me and Boskone are starting to work to make the actual inteface better.

just so I'm clear on this...

It is possible to link to internal pages - but no - there is no currently a simple interface like standard editor for selecting a page

You have to know the URL?

You can build your own link interfaces

Is there any documentation on how this can be done?

Yes, you can link to internal pages. Just

1) Select the text you want to convert to a link

2) Press the link toolbar button

4) When the link dialog is open, you can write your custom link there or you can press BROWSE SERVER

5) A simple interface built using DNN controls is shown and you can select the page you want to link or a a file inside your portal

To build your own interface, you can base your development in fcklinkgallery.aspx

The provider is free and comes with all the source code.
