By default the references to the library projects are set to BIN.  This means the web site will use whatever is in its bin folder.  By default none of the library projects compile to the web site's bin folder.

There are 3 solutions:
  1. Remove all/some existing library project references from the web site and re-add them as project references.
  2. Copy the freshly compiled library projects dll's and their pdb files into your web site's bin folder.
  3. Create post build events for all the library projects to copy their dll's and pdb into your web site's bin.

I'll give that a shot Shawn. They must've changed the way the project was setup between 4.3.5 and 4.3.7.

Good luck.  I've spent time over the past 3 days debugging the core authentication code.  Removing the BIN references and replacing them with Project references for the projects I was debugging worked for me.

Thanks,

It seems to be working now. Ran into a little bit of problems with the CountryListBox project but got it sorted out.
