Mark,

sorry but I don't think that the error comes from the blog module.

Anyway, do you have any further information about the error, maybe an error message with some more detailed information (special the InnerException).

regards

HP

There's no more info than that in the error messages.  Every half hour or so, it happens three times within a second or two (the search indexer is scheduled for every 30 minutes).  It might be data from the Calendar module.  I can delete those records without bothering anyone and see if the problem goes away.

Thanks!
Mark

Here's what I get when I do a manual re-index:

AssemblyVersion: 03.01.00
Method: DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchItemInfoCollection.AddRange
FileName:
FileLineNumber: 0
FileColumnNumber: 0
PortalID: 0
PortalName: Randy Stoat Enterprises

ActiveTabName: Search Admin
AbsoluteURL: /dnn/Default.aspx
AbsoluteURLReferrer: http://www.randystoat.com/dnn/Host/Search%20Admin/tabid/29/portalid/0/Default.aspx
ExceptionGUID: 9ade1b69-306e-481c-bb4f-2417a33b352e
DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider
InnerException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Message: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchItemInfoCollection.AddRange(SearchItemInfoCollection value) at DotNetNuke.Services.Search.ModuleIndexer.GetSearchIndexItems(Int32 PortalID)
StackTrace:

It happened three times in the same second.  The only difference I see is the ExceptionGUID in each:

  1. 9ade1b69-306e-481c-bb4f-2417a33b352e
  2. 6b50b83a-2523-46a5-8973-61c4ee846bec
  3. f1c2092e-a972-4685-8fae-72af12cc3812

If that's a clue, I hope you can interpret it.
