I have moved the dnn files from development server(with SQL 2005 express only) to web server directly. However, there are two servers, SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 Express and the following error occur

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

Unable to open the physical file "\Web\CMS\App_Data\ThailandElite.mdf". Operating system error 5: "5(error not found)".

I would like to know hwo to solve it, thanks.

DOS Error #5 is normally "Access denied".  Check that the NETWORK SERVICE (or ASPNET in XP/Win2k) user has permission to access \Web\CMS\App_Data\ThailandElite.mdf
