 in visual studio add a new ascx file to the module project, add a new control to the module definition. After that I link to my new control ("page" in your words) by using the new key. From code this would look something like:  myHyperlink.NavigateUrl = EditUrl("MyKey") .

But it has error.

I dont know how config a new ascx file, pls help me i need to do it now

In your codebehind/beside (.vb file), your module contol's class needs to inherit the base class DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.PortalModuleBase:

Partial Class desktopmodules_newsevent_viewdetail_ascx
       Inherits DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.PortalModuleBase

End Class
