Greetings,

The goal is to install DNN in our development environment, which is isolated from the Internet.  The standard install uses Web Platform Installer which will only run with Internet access.

Please advise if there is a way to install DNN without Internet access.

the most common way is to simply download it from http://www.dnnsoftware.com/community/... and then install it (http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/page/... ) - Microsoft's WebPI mostly checks for requirements (such as IIS) and dependencies (such as .net), but if you have those in place installing via an unzipped install package is only a minute or two's work.

I frequently install DNN on a VM w/o internet access from download (as described by Cathal above) w/o issues.
Be aware, however, that language packs for German, French, Italian, Spain and Dutch are not included and need to be downloaded separately.
