I'm a newbie.  I have a linux box and was looking to get a CMS.  I noticed DNN.  I need to know if you support linux or if  tehre is a version that is available for linux. (perhaps other spin off projects ??)

Thanks

no, at present we do not support linux. Whilst you can run .net projects under mono, there is code that is windows specific (typically file code) that means that the install fails.

A commercial company , mainsoft, do have a tool that allows you to swap between .net and j2ee, and used dotnetnuke as a showcase for this (http://dev.mainsoft.com/default.aspx?tabid=27&forumid=16&postid=1155&view=topic has some details), but the tool itself does cost.
