Hey

I'm wondering if it's possible to use an Access database instead of sql for DNN 4.4.1?

And if not - is it possible to have the site running at xxx.net and use a sql database from yyy.net ?

Thanks
/DHD

I don't believe anyone has written an access provider for any of the recent DNN releases.

If you want to use a sql database on another server, that is fine, assuming the two servers can see each other. It's just a matter of setting up the proper connection string in your web.config.
