I have downloaded the DotNetNuke_4.4.0_Install.zip and found that there are codes (.vb) inside. I wonder why the installation package have codes? And I try to compile and publish it from Ms. VS2005 , but the App_GlobalResources did not compiled. When I try to browse to published site it says that the folder App_GlobalResources could not be found.

I am having the same issue, anyone have a solution or are we supposed to copy the entire Install files to the production server? The Install version has .vb files, should they be on a production environment?

Thanks
