This only happens if I try to log on as Admin or Host.

My guess is that one of the profile fields for your user, specifically the user time zone is missing.....

that can't be the case...
I have used profiles that I know work..

for example:
Admin, if the Admin account is not marked as a superuser I can log in just fine.
Once I make the Admin a superuser, I cant log in any more...
