Dear All

I have a problem trying to install DNN for the first time.

I have installed a test copy on a xp laptop with msde express.

I have setup the db as instructed, copied the files to wwwroot/dotnetnuke and set permissions.(hopefully!!)

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Colin

I have had this before, I have been able to fix it by running the aspnet_regiis.exe -i program.  YOu can cind this in the following folder.

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\<version>\

Where <version> is the .NET version you are looking for.

Thankyou so much for your prompt response. I guess that I had to re-install the asp v2 framework??

Kind Regards
