When I go to install (4.4.1) for the first time, I get an error of:

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

Failed to load Install template.

What exactly do I do to fix this. I look at the database and two tables have been created and two stored procs have been created. When I go to the root of the folder and view it in the browser, I get the error of:

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

The stored procedure 'dbo.GetPortalAliasByPortalID' doesn't exist.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I saw in my web.config file there were two install templates. I removed the .resources file but I'm wondering why that was even in there from the download.
